Not quite right? You can send your piece back within 30 days. Here is how it works.
30 days to return
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it.
Condition of the piece
Please return the piece undamaged and in the same condition you received it.
Return shipping costs
You pay the return shipping first. Once we have received your return, we reimburse those costs.
Exchanges
You can also exchange your piece for another piece that is available, within 30 days of the day you receive your order. If the new piece costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference. As with returns, you pay the shipping to send the piece back first and we reimburse those costs once we have received it. We ship the new piece to you free of charge. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as for a return below and tell us which piece you would like instead.
Returns in store
You can also bring your piece back, or exchange it, in person at our Factory Store in Sarnano (Via Don Giovanni Minzoni, 115, 62028 Sarnano MC, Italy). In that case there is nothing to ship and no return shipping cost.
