Paul Meccanico: Since 2015

We don’t do “mass-produced.” We don’t do “standard.” We do not design for a single season; we thrive in the tension between historic Italian mastery and digital rebellion. Born in the medieval heart of Sarnano, Italy, we’ve spent a decade dismantling the status quo of the fashion industry. We don’t believe in “status” logos. We believe in the raw power of the unique and stand for conscious crafting, longevity, and accessible exclusivity.

  • The Human Machine

    Our headquarters and Factory Store are rooted in Sarnano, but our heart beats across a specialized network of artisans in Le Marche and Abruzzo. Some of these local ateliers have long been the elite backbone of the Italian footwear industry, crafting for the world’s most prestigious luxury houses.
    Every bag is born from a high-tech digital blueprint but is physically cut, assembled by hand, and checked 1:1 to deliver the precision of high-end Italian artisanship. We keep our production local and our standards global, proving that true craftsmanship has deep roots but knows no borders.

  • A Singular Experience

    All our bags and accessories are either:

    • Pezzi Unici (1-of-1): The ultimate rebellion against the mass-market. A true one-of-a-kind creation, certified and registered. Once it’s yours, no one else on the planet will ever carry it. A global Exclusive.
    • Edizione Limitate (Limited Editions: 1-of-100): Capped at 100 numbered pieces. Exclusivity that is earned through design, not just a price tag.

    They are designed digitally and handcrafted locally from virgin truck tarp or pebbled vegan leather. High-performance, animal-free material that outlasts leather and scoffs at the elements. We transform heavy-duty materials into refined silhouettes, proving that the most sustainable bag is the one that can stay by your side for decades.

  • The Sustainable Evolution

    Sustainability is an ongoing search, not a final destination. Our commitment is rooted in local hand-work and the rejection of the waste of mass production, ensuring that every bag provides local employment and lasting value.

    We are on a continuous mission to find materials that are as indestructible and printable as they are conscious.

    While we have tested many and found few that meet our rigorous standards, we have already evolved: our Pebbled Vegan Leather (PU) represents a more sustainable leap forward from our PVC-based roots. Whether it is our PU based vegan leather or our industrial Certified Truck Tarp, we prioritize materials that are animal-free and built for longevity. We remain restless in our laboratory, testing the future of textiles to ensure our footprint is as light as our designs are bold.
