Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive the item to request a return.
In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you may contact us at info@paulmeccanico.es. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you have received a wrong item so we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you purchased and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and check your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made automatically using the original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
