TERMS OF SALES
The seller of the products described in the online catalog www.paulmeccanico.it or www.paulmeccanico.com is Paul Meccanico Srl, with registered office and operations in Sarnano (MC), Italy, at Via Gavasci, 15. (VAT and Tax Code: 01886440435).
The purchase agreement between the seller Paul Meccanico Srl (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) is governed exclusively by the general terms and conditions of sale in effect at the time the order is placed.
Any other terms and conditions will not be recognized. The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or delete these terms and conditions at any time.
CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT
The agreement between the Company and the Customer is deemed concluded when the Company confirms the order to the Customer by email (sent to the email address provided by the Customer). However, the order will not be shipped until the Company has received payment.
The confirmation email will contain all the information provided by the Customer, such as the main characteristics of the purchased products, price, payment method, and shipping costs. The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of this information and promptly reporting any errors or inaccuracies to our customer service (info@paulmeccanico.com).
The Company reserves the right not to confirm or accept certain purchases.
An integral part of the execution of the sales contract is the Customer’s review and full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In accordance with the rules and regulations on distance selling, the Customer must print or save an electronic copy of the conditions.
On the Company’s website (www.paulmeccanico.com or www.paulmeccanico.it), the Customer can view and purchase only the items available in the catalog at the time of ordering.
SLIGHT DIFFERENCES
Despite our commitment to displaying colors as realistically as possible, slight differences between the colors in the photos and the actual colors may occur. These differences are due to the color settings in the video and cannot be considered a product defect.
Since all our products are handmade, slight inaccuracies in the stitching and other differences in overall quality may occur. These differences cannot be considered product defects if they are exclusively the result of handwork.
PRICES
Our product prices are expressed in euros (including VAT) according to the price list in effect at the time the Customer places the order.
WARRANTY
The product warranty is limited to the laws in force at the time the order is placed in Italy.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY
The Company does not share, transfer, or sell Customer data to third parties. The data provided is communicated to third parties exclusively for logistics and transportation purposes, necessary for shipping the purchased products to the address indicated by the Customer.
All data entered by the Customer on the Company website (www.paulmeccanico.com or www.paulmeccanico.it) is used for internal purposes and to send updates and dedicated promotional offers. Even in this case, processing remains strictly limited to our company, ensuring that personal information is never shared with external parties.
INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
Industrial property is protected by the legislation in force at the time the order is placed.
COPYRIGHT
Without the express approval or license granted by Paul Meccanico Srl, it is prohibited to produce or sell Paul Meccanico Srl branded products. It is also prohibited to use, even partially, elements of the website (www.paulmeccanico.com or www.paulmeccanico.it), such as images, artwork, and text, owned by Paul Meccanico Srl and protected by intellectual property rights.
For anything not explicitly stated, we refer to national legislation or, in the absence of such, European e-commerce legislation.
COMPETENT COURT
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.
In the event of a dispute arising from the General Conditions of Sale between Paul Meccanico Srl and any of its Customers, the competent court is the Court of Macerata.

To expedite the processing of your order, we recommend emailing us your bank receipt.
CASH ON DELIVERY
If you live in Italy, you can pay cash on delivery directly to the courier for amounts up to €4,999.
We do not accept this payment method for customized orders.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Confirmed orders will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Shipping will be handled by the Company’s chosen courier. The Company will send the Customer a shipping confirmation email, including a link and/or tracking code.
Once the goods are delivered, the Customer must verify that the quantity of packages corresponds to that indicated on the shipping document and that the package is intact.
Any damage to the package and/or products, or a discrepancy in the number of packages, must be promptly reported using the courier’s proof of delivery form. If the Customer accepts the goods despite the above and without completing the delivery form, the Company will not accept any complaints from the Customer regarding that delivery.
Approximate delivery times are as follows (expressed in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays):
Italy 1 – 2 days
Europe 2 – 7 days
The Company is not responsible for any damages due to causes beyond its control, such as transport suspensions, labor disputes, work stoppages, etc.
Shipping costs will be calculated in your cart.
Any import duties (if applicable) cannot be estimated by the Company. They are therefore the responsibility of the Customer and must be paid to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
