RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Pursuant to European e-commerce regulations, the Customer (who purchases goods as a private individual without a VAT number) has the right to withdraw from the contract for any reason, without providing a reason, within 14 working days of receiving the goods. The Customer may do so by sending written notice to the Company (info@paulmeccanico.com), specifying the product’s identification data and the customer’s information (customer name, address, product model, customer code, purchase date). Once the Company receives this written notice, the Company’s customer service will contact the Customer with instructions for returning the goods, including an authorization number. The Customer must return the goods within 10 days of the Company sending the authorization code, with the authorization code clearly visible on the outside of the package. No returns will be accepted without the return authorization number.
The courier chosen for the return and the related costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Return shipping of goods will be the Customer’s responsibility until we receive the goods at our warehouse. We therefore recommend that the Customer choose a courier that provides a tracking service and insure the value of the shipment.
The following terms also apply to returns: all products must be returned in perfect condition, complete, and free of signs of use.
We will not accept any returned goods if:
• the product is damaged during return shipping
• the product shows obvious signs of use
• the product is missing essential elements, such as accessories, components, labels, etc.
After examining the product and verifying the validity of the return conditions, the Company will refund the Customer the full price of the product (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the goods at our warehouse, using the same payment method used by the Customer (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) for the purchase.
If the returned goods are damaged during return shipping, the Company will notify the Customer (within 10 days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouses) to allow them to request compensation for the damage from the courier and obtain a refund (if insured). Upon presentation of the relevant valid notification and correspondence to the Company, the goods will be made available for return, and the Company will simultaneously cancel the original return request.
If the product is defective or does not match the product ordered, the purchase price, the cost of return shipping, and the cost of the initial shipment will be refunded. The Customer may not return products showing signs of damage or tampering by claiming them to be defective, such as:
• signs of normal use
• improper use
• tampering with the product
• extreme or stressful use by the Customer
If the product is lost during return shipping, we will not issue a refund.
The Customer must verify the completeness of the product received, promptly reporting any defects (info@paulmeccanico.com).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products made by Paul Meccanico Srl at the Customer’s request, including graphics, molds, or packaging.
